I do not use anaconda. However I did install it in an attempt to get pandas for PyCharm. It looks like that may be the problem. Now I am trying to figure out how to delete the libraries and package...

I have this problem too. Running PyCharm Community Edition 2017.2.3 on MacOS 10.12.6. It should very easy to install pandas, as it is easy to install numpy. But it's not. I have read many, many tip...
