Same for MacOS Mojave,IntelliJ IDEA 2018.2.5 (Ultimate Edition)Build #IU-182.4892.20, built on October 16, 2018 Scala/SBT projects.On another computer, same projects, same OS, IDEA CE ----> just OK.

Opening any XML-file in editor could help you. At least it helps me. Strange behavior.
