I've upgraded to 2018.3.4 and I still can't find the deployment management that was under tools. No remote host pane. Can't find "upload options on files". What happened?

The problem it didn't like was that the indenting was done with tabs instead of 4 spaces. I didn't pick up on the fact that the background highlighting was due to an error code. Thanks.
