As suspected... There are 2 toolbars: Main and "Mini". You 1st screenshot shows Main Toolbar in use .. but on 2nd screenshot you are editing "Mini" one (Navigation Bar Toolbar). Basically ... when ...

Hi there, Please try "File | Invalidate Caches..." and restart IDE. This usually helps in such cases (especially if you have recently updated IDE or when IDE suddenly marks previously found methods...

Hi there,Do you have PHP Remote Interpreter plugin installed and enabled? It's bundled by default with PhpStorm, most likely requires manual installation in IntelliJ IDEA.
