Hi Vasily, As far as i know its not on OneDrive. But yes that seems to be what is happening, reindexing seems to shut tabs down.

Seems to be indexing that closes the file, after few minutes of being minimised?

Hi Andriy, you where spot on.I tried an old project simular file .tpl with both php and html code. Everything was fine. So you where right it is to do with the .idea folder produced when setting up...

Just did a fresh install they did showup. Then added my config folder contents that i had backed up, as settings.jar didnt restore them.. Now not showing again.....so the old files are stopping it ...

Whittled it down to "config/settingsRepository" a setting in this folder is causing it. My live templates are back.
