Update: I have been trying to workaround this behavior in different ways, i.e. remove/add Spring config XMLs of the dependent JAR to the module's Spring Application Context, remove/add non-abstract...

Of course, I checked that it works fine from the command line. Nothing is hidden under selected files.BTW, I tried multiple options (e.g. Current File, Uncommited Files with some active Change List...
