Josh, did you have the same issue? Do you mean i should disable all plugins i have installed, and then reenable them? Not sure i understand how that helps the bundled plugins load?

It did not. I downloaded 2021.2 separately and unzipped/overwrote the old install. No change. I have now downloaded 2021.1 and now i can work again.

I agree with Christopher, i'm not sure that the ticket you're linking to is the same problem since just like him, i didn't have the problem before. It does seem like a similar issue so perhaps they...

Thanks, but sorry i have tried that too. See attached screenshots below. I set both working dir in run config, and output dir in module. But when i run the gwt config this is what i have in the log...

ok, but i'm not sure if it's a bug or a user support issue? My question is whether it can be done, and if it can't i'd log a feature request. Or does everything go through your bug tracker?

If you look at my other thread regarding 12.0.1 - when I am now running my app on 12.0.1, and after fixing the stuff in that thread, it no longer takes forever. On 12.0 it does.
