Still can't run offline inspections on #3260 :(Now it's:Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: mainBTW, I use inspect.bat if this may help to find the problem.

I guess, you need to set JDK_HOME environment variable to point to the directory with the JDK you want to run IDEA with (note: IDEA needs JDK, JRE is not enough).
