Thanks for your kind feedback Ivan. Updating to 2024.1 seems to have resolved to the problem for me.

This does not work in the same as the installer (without toolbox). With the install, a menu entry was added to open directories as projcts in intellij. This has gone missing when using the toolbox...

When installing Intellij with the standalone this registration is an option. Is this also supported when using the JetBrains ToolBox App?

Thanks for the workaround Yann Cebron . Works for me, but it's a bit shaky because reformatting of the plugin.xml will bring back the whitespace.

I run into the same issue today, but I had downloaded driver files. What fixed it for me was to switch back to an older version (from 8.2.2 back to 7.4.1). Not sure if this is a product or a driver...
