also, i cannot tell the toolbars to be vertically aligned anymore. is m1a a bugfix release for m1, and 691x (forgot the number) is "newer"?

the problem seems to be limited to one old project. and apparently, idea fixed the problem itself

only one critical error here (web facet/tomcat config)i used an older version to create the project, then swichted to the latest eap again
