i cannot provide the project itself, but maybe i can reproduce the problem in a sample file.

hm... the only good answer i can come up with is "build a special index for commonly used names in advance or cache results somewhere so you don't have to repeat the entire search"

judging by the cpu load, it's running in parallel, but it does lock the ui easily if i start to edit the code while the search is running

i found a bug:in every not-the-editor-textarea (like evaluate expression), CodeCompletitionLive (CCL) does not work.i also managed to "defeat" the plugin:int x = getObject().getAnInt(); won't work ...

the plugin manager only offers me an old version (1.5). i didn't know about 1.5.9, which works fine.

could you add a smart evaluate feature? let the user choose which expression to evaluate? should be pretty simple, since it's basically the same as introduceXY, just the final action is another
