Update 2: resizing the window doesn't always solve it. Replugging the mouse doesn't today either (once this helped too).

Update: I found a 11-year-old solution on stackoverflow that's braindead stupid: resize the window. Resizing GoLand fixed *all* Jetbrains apps for me. https://stackoverflow.com/a/19769142/1452922

20 years later, I am still having this issue on a Mac.I have no idea when it starts, what triggers it, but once it starts, it's all JetBrains apps - they all ignore mouse *clicks and scrolls*, and ...
