Edited All Jetbrains products get stuck on splash screen, re-install not working.
Today I tried using pycharm 2021.2.2 but it got stuck on the splash screen. I tried CLion and PHPStorm and got the same behaviour. I've tried updating, uninstalling and re-installing, no difference...
