Roy Rao, you can modify your custom theme to be based on Light or Dark default themes, but changing a theme provided by 3rd-party is not supported directly. "dark": true/false

Hi,The issue was not reproduced on out-of-box Budgie + Idea for me.  Do you use full-screen mode? (Known issue IDEA-313135) Do you use NVidia drivers?  Please share a screenshot

I was not able to reproduce this issue. Please try disabling all non-bundled plugins and restarting IDE If that did not help, please reproduce the issue, notice the time it occurred (with seconds)...
