I have the same issue and it's actually really annoying as it messes up some stuff for me. Seems like pycharm does these mappings behind the scenes.

I'm still having a problem with fonts looking weird in latest build 143.379. It looks fine right when you start AppCode but a few minutes later it starts looking weird. And the fonts "jitter" a bit...
