Setting memory optios here should do the job: IDE-Settings->Compiler->Java Compiler->Maximum heap size / Additional command line parameters

If you switch to the "Repository" tab of the Changes toolwindow and click on the Refresh button (leftmost in the tab's toolbar) then IDEA pops up that dialog again.
