Vasiliy Yur is not the case, restarting Docker and/or the OS makes it to work fine without touch any configuration. Seems to be a bug in the IDE see here Hopefully will be fixed some day :|

Andriy Bazanov well the only way to make this to work was by unchecking that `Add packages as libraries`. I can deal with those `TODO` when refactoring something. About exclude a deeper folder it ...
