I have tried both Chrome and Firefox with the same results.

I followed a remote debugging tutorial ( http://www.gamefromscratch.com/post/2012/08/17/Debugging-with-JavaScript-with-WebStorm.aspx ) and found that remote debugging works just fine on my computer...
