The options are at the same place, but were renamed: Autoscroll to Source -> Open Files with Single Click Autoscroll from Source -> Always Select Opened File

Could the project be compiled from Maven's command line? It is needed to make sure the import is valid. Have you tried to re-import Maven project in Maven window?
