Dmitry Tronin I did what you told & restarted IDE, but didn't make any difference. As u can see in the screenshot.

As a Ubuntu 19.04 user, the recent update of 2019.2.1 is a little bit faster at opening.I hope this improve over time. Big hope.

@Yaroslav BedrovOf course I internet connection. It's not that fast but it 'does' the job.5mbps IPS speed. But works in like 100 to 500kbps. Depending upon data server location.
