The settings dissapearing after restart storm, not after update only. But in old versions everything was good. Cli interpreter, Debug section, Servers, Run/Debug configurations

Something wrong after 2019.2 update

Windows10, Mac Os Hello. Files crashing. All debug configuration settigs dissapeared after update. Sometimes storm not response and I can see just gray screen.
