Illuminated cloud 2 helped me temporarily (my license does not work on it... I'm using it for the 30 days free) I will post the bug on Illuminated cloud Thank you

Update:I just found out that disabling illuminatedCloud plugin makes "new project" workbut the problem that I need that plugin in the first place!
