I have this problem all the time, multiple times per day (Typescript/Angular, Intellij Ultimate). When editing file in IntelliJ while debugging, all following breakpoints are at the wrong locations...

2021.2 with Kotlin 212-1.5.10-release-IJ4746.92, having the same problem.

Yes, same here. Files added to .gitIgnore should be removed from changelist (and from repository).
