Problem completely solved : I downloaded the “apple silicon” version, with the new 2023.2.3 (I didn't see this before).Now it runs very fast since the first opening.

I installed intelliJ ultimate 2023.2.2 Build #IU-232.9921.47 on a new mac M1. The user interface is slower than on Mac intel, the windows are slow to fill, slow to open. It is not really a problem...
