Student email blocked

I've applied for the student license for my clion, I've done the process 2 times but I never receive the email from Jetbrains (I use documentary way ,cause the system showed the edu. email got some problems), however today I use GitHub education account to apply, it shows my edu. email is blocked. how can I deal with this problem?
