Unrecognized step definition cucumber

Hello,

Friday no problem. Today, i can't run my tests.

1.No color on string in my gherkins steps

2. i can't click on my gherkins steps to go to cucumber steps

3.all run failed

I don't understand, i did no change. What's the problem ?

NB : i use IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2022.3.3 ; Project : Selenium TestNG Cucumber Gherkins Java

Hi Helena Legoff75. Could you please share your IntelliJIDEA logs with us? It's needed to see if there are any errors related to the problem you described.   

To obtain the log, press the Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data dropdown menu item in the IDE window. To share it with us privately, you can use the JetBrains Uploads service and post the ID you receive here.

Too late sorry. I installed ideaIC-2022.2.5 and that's work. I have no time to test it now, i'm to work. But it's sure it's the version so now all is ok. I used IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2022.3.3 for 1 week only ...

I'm glad it's working with the 2022.2.5 release!

If you could spare some time to assist me in determining what exactly went wrong in your situation with the IntelliJIDEA 2022.3.3, I would greatly appreciate your help. Although you may have uninstalled version 2022.3.3, the IDE log directory should still be present on your computer, and the idea.log file contained within would be very helpful to me.

I want to report the same issue regarding being unable to use the latest version of IntelliJ IDEA with Cucumber for Java plugin.

Hello Madonix994; looks like the problem with the plugin installation you met is related to the security settings of your OS; in the log, I see the following error:
