Need help for creating project in my Wizard builder

Hi I am currently stuck in my project for multiple reasons:
- I am trying to create a module when a project is created in my WizardBuilder (and I have no idea how to do that)
- I would like to call a .exe to add files to my module while it is created I tried with process but it doesn't work, the file seems not to be in the scope

Sorry, could you please add more information to clarify the issue?
This is not an issue I am actually asking for some help for two things:
- Using a .exe to init my project in my custom wizard (I can't use absolute path it seems like when I do so it just get restricted by the project scope)
- Create a module when a project is newly created
Sorry, but it's still not clear enough. Do you want to create .exe. file that will create IDEA project and add modules into it?
