Ipywidgets not working whne notebook opened through pycharm

I just upgraded from pycharm community to pro hoping to leverage the functionality to run notebooks directly in IDE, but I can't seem to get thee widgets working when the notebook is opened through the pycharm environment, it just shows a line.
