High CPU Usage 2022.3.3

Haven't upgraded my OS or IntelliJ for a while. Just recently, it started to take up a lot of CPU after running a cucumber test.
CPU does not go back to normal.
I was running 2022.1.1, but upgraded to 2022.3.3, and CPU just doesn't go back to normal.
Have done Start/Stop CPU Profiling through the menu, and am attaching the logs.

How do I attach logs?
Please try the current release version: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html.
If the issue persists, file a performance problem at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=IDEA as it's easier to attach files there. Attach both the CPU snapshot per https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241235 and the logs using Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data.
