Support for trailing commas

A popular JS styleguide suggests using trailing commas https://github.com/airbnb/javascript#commas--dangling

Would be nice to have an option to auto insert trailing commas e.g. under Settings -> Editor -> Code Style -> Javascript -> Other (tab)
