I tried to import matplotlib with pycharm and I got this error message
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows".
I don't get this error message when I tried importing matplotlib directly in the anaconda prompt

Hello, thank you for the report! Where did you try to import matplotlib: in Editor or in python console? Could you please attach a screenshot that shows the problem?

I tried it in the python console. Same error message occurs in the editor
