RubyMine Always Confirms Where to Open Project

Every time I open a new project I'm prompted to choice where to open it, regardless of choosing the 'Always open in new window' option.

Even with that setting I always get this popup:

could you please check how it goes in the last 2017.1 EAP, should be fine there.
