Updated to AppCode EAP build from 2/7 and it's now unusable since building symbols never finishes

I just updated to the latest EAP and when I open my projects it pegs the CPU on "building symbols". I've quit and restarted. I've killed and restarted. Every time it starts "building symbols" and the fans go on. I've let it run for 30 minutes and the status bar barely moves on "building symbols". I was on the previous build with no issues so I think it must be a bug in the new build.
