Split tab to new window as hotkey

I have a Keymap hotkey for "Split Vertically", "Move Right", and "Unsplit". I'd like the option to make a hot key open tab in a new window. Right now, I'm able to use the mouse to select and drag a tab outside the PyCharm window to make a new window with that tab (I hope that makes sense). I'd like a hotkey to replace this. Then I can use my mouse to move where I want it. Is this a possibility?
