Support return and throws annotation in Code Style and Quick Documentation

Under 'Preferences - Editor - Code Style - PHP - PHPDoc' I can set 'Blank lines around parameters'.

Is there a possibility to have the same for the 'return' and maybe 'throws' annotation?

In the Quick Documentation it would be a nice feature, to see the 'return' type and the 'throws' as well.
