as you knowIf you want to change the language of the pycharm into Chinese，
You need to move file 'resources_zh_CN.jarr' to folder 'JetBrains\PyCharm 2017.1'
if you do that, the Chinese language is realized
But When you click the close button,will not get a response!!
That is to say you can not close the normal way through the pycharm, and the need to WIN7 Task Manager End the pycharm process
