Is available do not show this window on active breakpoint?

Console and Frame tabs have an option to focus on breakpoint, disable it:

Important, my debug window has floating mode (placed on second monitor).
Is it a bug?
Can't reproduce in 2017.1. Debugger window on the second display, window doesn't pop up and doesn't get focus on breakpoint hit.
