Feature request: Pinned tabs

I might be alone in thinking this, but wouldn't it be great if
1. there was an option to show a dialog box to confirm whether you want to close a pinned tab
2. that all the pinned tabs stayed on the left (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-127464)
