Run Window not showing up

Heyo-

So, I can see that my program is running but the usual 'Run' Window is not showing up - This was an issue starting this morning on my previous version of python (16.2) , so I got the new version and it's still not showing up.

It doesnt show up when I press the hotkey [Alt +4], it doesnt show up when I go to View -> Tool Windows --> Run, it doesnt show up when I try to mess with the icon top left that says that yes, something is running, it doesnt show up when a program is running and it doesnt show up when one isn't. I recently undocked the run window from the rest of pycharm, but there's no window popping up anywhere and yeah I checked if there was something in the background that I wasn't seeing.

Anyways, some help would be great - i suppose I can run stuff in the console but then I need to restart the console every time I change a function.
