It's in File | Settings | Editor | Colors & Fonts | Console Colors > Console | Background
If I change color scheme of the console, then color scheme changes globally
Unfortunately there's no way of changing schemes for each section in particular - it is global for all Colors & Fonts sub-sections indeed.
You would need to change the background color within the light scheme.
