Open File or Project

After opening the "Open File or Project" dialog, and then using keyboard down key, to get recent projects list, and choosing some project from the list, the dialog loses focus, and the project can not be opened with additional press of "Enter" key, but requires using the mouse to confirm the opening.

I noticed this several versions before 2017.1.3, but I didnt find any reported issue of it.
