Kotlin for iOS, when? Tools from Jetbrains, when?

I know that the goal of Kotlin Native is to create apps for many platforms from a Kotlin codebase.

When can we expect this to be ready along with a set of tools from Jetbrains to allow developers to write apps for Android and iPhone all from the one IDE?

Could it be as early as some tie in 2017?
