Pycharm crashes after manipulating folder in source tree

Pycharm crashes always after I rename or create a folder in the source tree. (After crashing I'm not able to edit any of the files anymore)
I'm using Pycharm 2017.12

Hi Febert! Could you please send zipped log folder from Help | Show Log in ... and java_error_in_PYCHARM files from your user home directory (if there're any) to our support: pycharm-support@jetbrains.com
