Root URL is not specified. Automatic upload is not enabled

I've configured remote python interpreter in PyCharm. Everything was working well, but at some point automatic sync with remote server got automatically disabled(Even though is was working before).
When I try to enable this, I get the following message:
Indeed, when I go to remote interpreter configuration dialog I see this:
The thing is that I've never configured it before and the whole thing was working.
Worth mentioning that if I attempt to manually upload files from menu - it is working.
What might be an issue? What is supposed to be entered in this field?

Please try to set the value to 'http://servername' for example. Does it work after that?
Also there is an issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-11988, please vote for it to increase its priority and be notified about updates.
Hi Anna. Thanks for your reply. This is exactly what I ended up doing. I know it is stupid, but I've just put google search page url there and boom- it is working.
