Empty folders don't show - invisible

Hello everyone ,
I'm create folders in project. But empty folder don't show project files. But I looking project path with explorer show but pychar project files don't show empty folder. İf I created .py or .html vs vs file manuel and looking pycharm project files show but I deleted this files in folder invisible again
