Pycharm CE ver. 2017.1.4 having issues with syntax highlighting, automated filling in, hints etc.

Hello, it is hard to completely describe the issue, because there are a lot of them which seems having one root.

Within these issues, such as:

a. keywords not consistently highlighted (i.e. some of self highlighted some of them not),

b. when press ctrl+p, pycharm used do not show arguments,

c. keywords of functions not always highlighted, not suggests methods after typing dot (i.e. class_instance.{methods})

d. object highlighted as "unresolved reference, but they exists
