Can't use Setting Repository

I just installed latest RubyMine in my new Macbook and I want to use Setting Repository that I was already configured in old Laptop.

But somehow there is not text box in the preferences. Why is this happening and how to solve this?

I got it now. I was looking for the `File` in the preferences. I found it in the menu.
