Problem with my educational version

Good morning sr, i have a little problem, when a started use the pycharm, i wasn't thinking thats a powerfull weapon, but, how i do a university of  analysis and systems development, the jetbrains accepted my plan. But now, when a unninstalled the pycharm, and tryed install it again, that's saying i just have 5 days to use, what should i do to resolve this? tryed use my account to activate and nothing... Could you help me please?
