PyCharm EDU Task Description shows "Please, open any task to see task description" not task info

When trying to run a course the description will not show despite trying Several different courses, deleting and re-creating as well as other troubleshooting below: 

• Deleted course completely (removed files as well as deleting the reference in pycharm 
• Tried other courses 
• Tried other interpreters for python 
• Completely deleted pycharm, config files, and library files. 
• re-installed pycharm
