Pycharm 2017.2 has crashed twice in the last 3 hours due to change signature

I just started working with Pycharm 2017.2 and in the last 3 hours it has crashed twice when I tried to change the signature of a function.  What happens is it will freeze and I will have to force quit it.  Also, in previous versions of Pycharm it never crashed once.
